Beverly Ann Kelley was born July 21, 1948 in Long Beach, California.
She attended public schools in Long Beach and graduated from Long Beach Poly High School. As an undergraduate she attended Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah for two years.
Her first employment experience was as a secretary at North American Rockwell in Downey, California when they were working on the Space Shuttle Program. She went on to several similar jobs both in southern California and later in Provo, Utah.
She had a passion for collecting antiques. Among her favorite items were her great grandmother's Singer treadle sewing machine and her grandfather's shaving mirror. She also cherished family items passed down after the passing of her parents.
In her youth she made fond memories with her grandmothers and cousins. She loved to visit her grandmother, Hannah Binks, on the family farm in Mapleton, Utah.
She established a residence in Payson, Utah with her son, Clint. He was the joy in her life and assisted her throughout her life. In later life, as her health began to fail, he served as her caregiver. In her final days he was with her around the clock. Her final moments were at Parkway Health and Rehab in Payson, Utah where she received compassionate hospice care. She passed away, peacefully, on March 11, 2025. She will be interred in Evergreen Cemetery, Springville, Utah near her loving parents.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Max and Berniece Douglas. She is survived by former husband, Marlin Kelley, her son, Clinton Kelley, and her brother, Ron Douglas.
