David Lynn Booke passed away on December 27, 2025. He was born on February 15, 1955, to Robert and Lucille Booke and was raised in Springville, Utah.

David married Susan Twitchell in 1979. Together they had two daughters, Amanda Valdiviezo (Jason) and Esther Booke. Through this marriage, David had three stepchildren: Jennifer, Zachary, and Aaron. He had twelve grandchildren.

David is survived by his siblings: Patricia (Charles), Robert Alan (Lynne), and Christine (Linwood). He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Lucille Booke, and his sister, Carolyn (Scott, Jorgen).

David spent most of his life working in the masonry construction field. He was a quiet, soft spoken kind person and known for his quick wit and dry sense of humor. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing baseball. He also loved gardening and took pride in growing vegetables. David was known for saving every trinket, nut, or bolt—just in case something mechanical ever needed worked on.

We take comfort in knowing that David is no longer suffering and is now at peace. He will be missed by many.
