Julia (Beth) Elizabeth Vincent-Thrall passed away May 26, 2021 at the age of 75 in Price, Utah due to complications of a stroke.

Julia was born on April 11, 1946 to Phil Winder and Doloras Pulsipher Winder and was later adopted by James Warner. She grew up in Quincy, Illinois with her parents and siblings Rayola, Butchy and Diane.

She married Herbert Vincent and they had two boys Eric and Alex. She was later divorced and married Jim Cioccio. They adopted three children Julia, Donald, and Patricia. She was later divorced from Jim Cioccio and married Price Thrall (deceased).

Julia worked odd jobs to help put herself thru college. She received her Master’s Degree in Special Education as well as many specialized certificates during her 37 years of teaching special needs children.

Julia was active in the LDS church, where she served in primary and as a ministering sister to her ward. She also served a service mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Price, Utah. She was also active in the VFW, Disabled American Veterans, and Daughters of the Utah Pioneers.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brother and her husband. She is survived by her children Eric, Alex, Julia, Donald, and Patricia; siblings Rayola Miller, Janice Mortensen, Harold Moody as well as 8 grandchildren.

A viewing will be held at Fausett Mortuary, 680 East 100 South, Price, Utah from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Monday May 31, 2021. An additional viewing will be at the Price 6th Ward, 500 South 300 West, Price, Utah from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday June 1, 2021 followed by a funeral service at 11:00 a.m.

Live streaming of the service will be available on Fausett Mortuary Facebook page.

Julia will be interred at the Utah Veterans Cemetery & Memorial Park on Tuesday June 7, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. located at 17111 South Camp William’s Road, Bluffdale, Utah to be buried with her husband Price Thrall.
