Louise Chavez

Louise Margaret Chavez, 86, passed away in Price, Utah October 19, 2016 following a lengthy illness. She was born on August 19, 1930 in South Fork, Colorado to Plino & Nickie Salazar Gomez. She married Henry C. Chavez in Rifle, Colorado. She has been a devoted wife and mother for 63 years.
Louise is survived by her husband Henry Chavez of Helper, her sons David Chavez of Spring Glen and Dale Chavez of Helper and 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held in the Helper City Mountain View Cemetery on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at 11:00 am. Services are entrusted to Fausett Mortuary of Price. Friends and family may visit the online guestbook and share a memory of Louise at www.fausettmortuary.com.
