Margaret "Maggie" Kate Hulce Christensen died December 14, 2021. She was born August 8,1950 to Harry Joseph Hulce and Joyce Hansen Hulce in Provo, Utah. Maggie was the 4th child of 6 children. Her siblings were Marian Jean, Michael, Robert, Kenny and Jimmy.
Maggie was raised in Springville, Utah. She graduated from Springville High School in 1968. She was on the high school tennis team that took state when she was a sophomore. After graduating she went to work for Signetics in Orem, Utah. While there Maggie helped to build the microchips for the space shuttle. Maggie loved to walk outside and catch fish, but hated camping. She had a great imagination. She loved fairies and published seven children's books about them.
Maggie met the love of her live, Nicholas Christensen, and they were married July 28, 1988, in Elko, Nevada. Nick brought two children to the marriage, Wyatt and Gina. Maggie brought Adam, and together they had Garrett.
In the last years of her life Maggie struggled with serious health problems, but always kept fighting.
Maggie always loved her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Marian and Robert, her husband Nick, and son Adam. She is survived by stepson Wyatt, stepdaughter Gina, son Garrett, her brothers Michael, Kenny, and Jimmy, and a very special niece Jeanie Willson, who loved her and took such great care of her.
There will be a viewing on December 20, from 4:00- 5:00 pm at Spring Creek Mortuary and a Graveside Service on December 21 at the Springville Historic Cemetery at 2:00 pm.
