Our BEAUTIFUL Nikki

A star was brought into this world through the love of Russ and Sandi Bott on December 21 st , 1979, and now that brightest star in our sky has dimmed, her last beautiful breath fading from the heavens at 12:44 PM on February 8 th , 2026. Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, family, and friend, has made her final journey home.

Nichole, “Nikki” Lynn Campbell was the most beautiful person, with a spirit and energy that left a lasting impact upon everyone she met. She was my soul mate, she was my best friend, she was my wife, and she was the most beautiful mother to our three amazing children.

We married on a gorgeous sunny St. George day on July 23 rd , 2005, anxiously awaiting the arrival of our first-born son, Jason Kade Campbell on November 28 th of that year. This was followed by our Miracle baby, Konner Anthony Campbell, on July 31st of 2007. I was so happy to have our two boys and said sweetheart, this will be perfect, thinking we were done with children. She said honey, I think there’s one more out there, and like with all things in this life, she was right, giving birth to our beautiful baby daughter, Averee Nichole Campbell on November 25 th , 2008, completing our family. She taught me how to be a husband, she taught me how to be a father, she taught me how to be a man, and most importantly she taught and showed me family. I will forever be indebted and grateful for the time she gave to me. She will forever be my heart, my light, and my love for all eternity.

Nikki was the most amazing mother, she was the cool mom, the fun aunt, and we always had the “Kool-Aid” house. The house was filled with love, friends, and family, and whenever I couldn’t even find a place to gather my thoughts with all the kid’s and friends and family running in and out, she’d always say, “Hey honey, at least we know where they are and how lucky we are that they want to be here.”

Again, she was right, it was a blessing on our household and a blessing in our life. She was a ferocious protector. Do not mess with what was hers and those she loved, or you would be put on notice. The imprints of her time spent raising our family (she stayed at home raising our children for much of her life), have created the three most amazing human beings I’ve ever known. I see her in our children every day. I am blessed, we are blessed.

Nikki was larger than life! She was stunning in both looks and personality. She acted in the service of others and would give you everything she had to make sure you felt loved. She was fun, so much fun! She laughed, and her smile could brighten the darkest of rooms and bleakest of moments. She was kind, caring, and accepted you for who you were. She was genuine, the real thing, and that’s a rarity in today’s day and age. We truly lived life, everything she did, she did it to the fullest. The volume was set to 11 and we were inseparable in everything we did. It was hard to tell where one of us began and one of us ended. You’d consider yourself lucky to even meet someone like her, you’d consider yourself fortunate to have her in your life, and you’d consider yourself blessed to have her hold your hand and walk this world by your side. Thank you for everything you gave to us my love, because you gave your everything. There never was and never will be someone quite like you.

Professionally, she had her dream job, once again in the service of others. She was my Utah Kingpin, funny how life’s roles can reverse across the tides of time. She was the wholesale manage for Select, distributing medical cannabis to the state of Utah. She believed in the healing power of cannabis and worked to help others shed their addictions and preconceived notions about Marijuana. She helped so many overcome the pain and perspective, truly providing solace to countless families throughout this great state.

Although she will be forever with us, her earthly body leaves behind her husband Jason Scott Campbell, Sons, Jason Kade and Konner Anthony, Daughter Averee Nichole, Mother Sandi, Father Russ, Sister Tina, Sister Melissa, Sister Cory, Brother Bret, Brother Tim, Sister in Law Graci, Mother in law Vicki, Nieces, Nephews, and countless others she considered both friends and family.

She was my wild-eyed moon child, she was my soul mate. She was our love, our light, and our positive energy. She will forever be missed and although she is gone, her love and spirit will shine down on us for eternity.

11:11, (Elevensies), forever my love, and until we see each other again, we love you to the moon and back!
