Bill Bloomer
MOORE – William B. Bloomer, age 95, passed away November 13, 2014. Bill was born March 16, 1919 in Escondido, California to William and Maud Blackburn Bloomer. He married Elizabeth Almony, they later divorced. He then married Bobby Jo Roberts. They also divorced.
Bill was born and raised in Southern California. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WWII. He built houses and hauled rock with his brother Bob. His true passion was ranching, owning his own ranch in Anza, California. He enjoyed ranching and being a cowboy with his brother Ted. Bill was at home in Emery Town, where he grew to love the people and the land. He raised pure-bread Hereford cows for many years. He was a rodeo man and loved to ride his horses and rope. He was always in his western wear, and never went without his Stetson Hat and cowboy boots. To describe Bill would be to say that he was a true Cowboy. Bill was a talented musician playing the guitar and writing his own songs. Bill had the opportunity of associating with many entertainers, including Clark Gable, who taught him how to shoot craps. He will be remembered as a true friend that never judged anyone.
Bill is survived by his children: Dianne Dean of Oregon, Donna (Jim) Crim of Indiana, Johnny (Juanita) Bloomer of Utah, Bill (Carey) Bloomer of Utah, Greg (Gina) Bloomer of Utah, Debbie (Dave) Dunn of California, and Rodney Bloomer of Utah; five stepchildren: Debbie, Tonya, Teddy, Angie and David, 19 Grandchildren and 39 Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; mother of his children, Elizabeth; and brothers, Robert I. Bloomer, Ted Bloomer, and Art Bloomer.
A Celebration of Bill’s life will be held on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 4-6 pm at the Emery Senior Citizens Center, 217 South 200 East. Arrangements are in the care of Fausett Mortuary. Family and friends may sign the guest book and share memories of Bill at www.fausettmortuary.com.

MOORE – William B. Bloomer, age 95, passed away November 13, 2014. Bill was born March 16, 1919 in Escondido, California to William and Maud Blackburn Bloomer. He married Elizabeth Almony, they later divorced. He then married Bobby Jo Roberts. They also divorced.
